The Miami Student Social Media Content Strategy

I designed a new social media content strategy for The Miami Student newspaper.
I
helped the newspaper better understand how its audience differed accross different social media networks, and how the affordances of each platform could be taken advantage of to maximize engagement.
I analyzed their social media history, tested different post formats, reviewed literature and conducted usability tests with audience members to arrive at a set of recommendations. These took the shape of new post formats, design guidelines, and a weekly posting calendar.
The plan was later implemented at the newspaper.
